It looks like I never posted my guide on the restoration of Stainless and Aluminum trim. I wrote most of this when I did my first project (Corvair) than added to it when I did the Dauphine, as my stainless trim was like this (or damaged)

I was reminded of this guide this week as I had to fix the trim for the Corvair, after a house painter rammed his ladder into the moldings. Here are side by side damaged and restored piece.
