Really need some help on our new Koleos.
Long story short, whenever we make or receive calls on our Renault Koleos MY23 Intens via Apple CarPlay, the person on the other end hears an echo of themself.
Now, i have tried a host of things to rectify the issue, and even Renault Waverly has acknowledged that there is a problem, but as usual they aren't willing to do much and have said to just leave it with the manufacturer. 10 months later, and they have pretty much just flogged us off.
I have decided to dig deeper by getting into the developer mode on the R-Link 2 head unit, (which is effectively an Android device) and I can see a whole lot of options available.
The one that spot out the most is that the car detects 3 ANC Mic's to test... i didn't realize this car had so many mics.
Has anyone else got this issue? or would be able to assist??
