Ichard or Melun Retro Passion (both in France) probably have these parts new. Transmission seals are generic if you know the size, not sure if they are the same for all types of 4cv transmission. I bought the seals I needed for my 289 gearbox locally (I am in the USA) and made the gaskets. If you are ordering other parts, the gaskets are not expensive and do not increase the shipping cost much.

I also like Franzose in Germany. I have bought from all three mentioned, and there are others. I currently have an order that has just been sent from Ichard in France. Although their website is good, it doesn't allow direct buys from Australia, so I made up my list on their site with part reference numbers, and copy and pasted it into an email. English was was fine for the emails as there was some back and forth on a part they didn't have in stock. Their VAT will be removed on sales to Australia with these three companies. Another group choose not to remove the VAT.

One of the French sites that charge the TVA (French VAT) is Arnoud Ventoux Pièces. 20% on top of the price, but sometimes for that elusive part, that is what you have to pay.
