They eventually wear out the seals. You need a new one I'm afraid. Don't wait until you're stuck in traffic !

Would anyone have a part number for this water pump and would anyone roughly know what the cost is to replace it?

There at that age now that there starting to fail, I've got new pumps in stock but I can't remember the price, if you wish I could email you tomorrow night with the price.
