Recommendation for a mechanic in SYD eastern suburbs

Hi,
On a side note it seems that the forum has changed since what I consider its golden days in early-mid 2000s.

Nevertheless, I am after a mechanic around Redfern to carry out the following on the 206:
- replace fuel pump
- replace fuel filter
- oil+filter change
- hydraulic fluid change
- brake fluid change, handbrake adjustment
- diagnose an oil leak from cylinder head (suspect an o ring of a sensor?)
- test suspension.

I will be supplying all the parts and fluids. The first one out of a few I contacted declined citing their strict policy.
