Don't have special piston wind off tool, but possibly can make.
Want to complete job over this weekend.
Anyone made anything simple or any suggestions please. JG

not familiar with the renault calipers but if they are like peugeot ones that need inward presure whilst winding them back ,i have used a g clamp and multi grips ,to do the job ,put the threaded part of the g clamp on the piston tighten it up then turn the piston if its not going in try rotating in the oposite direction ,as from memory there is ,different threads left to right hand side of car ,once you have the clamp on you cant turn it the wrong way as it has nowhere to go ,be careful not to damage the piston whith the multies ,as the piston winds in you have to re aply a couple of turns then rotate some more ,i was also in your situation, had to get the job done ,so used what i had to do the job

These work with some persistent and can be purchased around $20 from most auto stores. Uses your standard 1/2" socket extension to rotate. Has multiple options. Again not sure what Renault pattern required
