My R25 Rear wheel locks b4 all the others in a "firm" stop. Someone told me that the rear brakes / handbrake on the R25 is/are a real pig to set up & adjust.... Anyone any comment/

You have either weak front brakes (oil on pads, seized calipers etc) or most likely the limiter valve is shot. It lives in front of the spare wheel and has a link to the rear suspension in order to vary the power fed to the rear brakes according to load carried or when under heavy braking (ie nose dive and weight taken off the rear)
