R20TS Valve Stem Seals

I am needing to replace the valve stem seals on my 1979 series 1 20TS.

Does anybody know of where I can buy these parts. Purchasing from an Australian supplier would be better but if need be, I will purchase from overseas. I have found them listed on a website - onlinecarparts.co.uk -but they do not ship to Australia.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
 
Hmm does a Fuego motor match these parts? I don't actually know Im guessing. Renault Trust?

I had both series 2 20 & Fuego GTS, and they looked much the same apart from alternative places for accessories.... :)

Parts manuals are probably in the shed, and microfiche, but be the devil to find.
