QLD Mt Glorious Cruze

Hi Nick,

Can you tell me if the series 2 calipers and the series 1 calipers are different?

If so, reco'd calipers will be fine, as long as they are fully reconditioned and working correctly, this will be fine. I take it the second hand ones are cheaper? If the calipers are larger , then yes, new pads as well. Not to hard, not too soft, but something in the middle would be good.

What about aftermarket calipers, are these available?

Cheers mate

Chipper, the EBC pads are good. Mine cost about $135 which is good compared to the $125 for standard ones. Wont make any comment on their durability, but they stop well, no fade or squeal, and ZERO dust.

But for you it will probably also depend more on the price difference between the stnd. and EBC's.

Nick, can i get rear EBC pads?
How much?
