Pug 208 GTi Collywobbles

My little treasure has just had a conniption at 50,000 kms. Startup from cold OK then 2 secs later instant engine fan on full when still stone cold, slight misfire after 50 metres, and engine warning light on.
Fault codes P1338 (No 2 misfire) and I believe some others.
Any ideas?
