Peugeot Paint Tough Up

I need to touch up a small blemish on my 2008 407 hdi wagon. I have the Peugeot touch up applicator which consists of a paint container and a clearcoat container.
Both the paint and the clear coat have become quite thick.
My question is what solvent can can I use to thin the paint and clear coat?. Where can I get it?

I suggest that you check which generic type of TU paint you have before trying acetone as a solvent. Acetone may be OK with acrylic lacquer but would not be compatible with alkyd enamels. It would best to try any solvent with a small sample before adding to the whole.
