Hi all,
Posting here as it is a multi-make PSA group topic. I searched around and didn't easily find any other threads on recalls nor this timing belt issue.

Peugeot and Citroën to recall 1.2-litre petrol engines.

The UK have issued a formal recall late January https://www.check-vehicle-recalls.s...ake/CITROEN/model/C4 CACTUS/year/2017/recalls
, but i havent see anything on productsafety.gov.au nor have i received a letter for a 2016 manual Citroen C4 Cactus.

Does anyone know any more in the Australian context with Inchcape?

thanks

I have a recall on my T9 308 for the timing belt as above, issued more than a month ago. I have seen a press release from Peugeot confirming this locally. It is strange that the product safety website doesn't yet show this (safety) recall.

These recalls:

Peugeot
Citroën

...have finally made it to the Australian Recalls site on 1 April, 2021.

These recalls were initiated in Nov 2020, but most owners would have been sent a letter and had the inspection done by now.

Thanks for posting the details SLC206.

Our 2008 is not listed as one of the affected VIN's.

Mrs Whippet can continue to enjoy her vehicle. She absolutely loves it.
