Peugeot 307 no fuel

Hi could someone please help. My 2002 307 2.0l petrol is getting no fuel to the engine. I changed the fuel pump and it working but no fuel getting to the fuel rail. Tried holding the accelerator down while turning ignition on to prime it, pump running but no fuel getting through. !after a few attempts only a dribble coming out of fuel line. Please help
 
You need to check voltages to the pump when plugged in and trying to start and voltage drop on the earth

Holding the pedal down will put the car in clear flood mode and will turn off injectors

A little low, check its earth connection, clean and get some copper colloidal spray to protect. 2 volts drop is not too bad though, you need to check the fuel lines for blockages, if necessary blow it though with an air compressor, after disconnecting pump and fuel rail. You will need to prime the system after this however.
 
Is that with the pump plugged in
