Peueot 206 GTI, no low beams?

Peugeot 206 GTI, 2002 later type clear lights.

No low beams?
All other lights work.
My sister checked the globes and went through the fuses but everything seems good.

Could it be the switch?

Cant be if all other lights work pretty common to blow both at the same time

In situations like this I've changed the fuse anyway [or swapped it with a same Amp one] to see what happens. Sometimes a fuse can look good, and they're not... My 5c.
