Ongoing starting problems - Pug 407 2.2L Petrol

My son's 2005 Pug 407 2.2L has had starting issues for some 6 months. It can take 5-6 tries before she'll start. She kicks over fine but will not fire. I finally got down to Melb and scanned it today, the codes I got were:

P0341 - Cylinder Reference Sensor 1
P0413 - Air pump relay control and
P0410 - Injection of air to the exhaust

Anyone have any clue, based on these symptoms and codes, what our starting issue may be?
