The Sept had a sleeved back 403 engine rather than a 203 one. Had quite a respectable performance. Using the cross flow head with a 7.4 compression ratio gave it 56bhp. The 403 that finished as part of the magnificent seven in the East African Safari in 1963 was a Sept.
