Posting on behalf of the Alliance Française of Newcastle, who are again holding a French Twilight Market on Sat 26 March.
Held at The Station, which is in Watt St, the old central station. A free event, it starts at 15.00 and goes to 20.00, or 3pm to 8pm for the non-Europeans.
Wander through the market stalls which will be showcasing French inspired items and French/francophone food.
If you are a bit hungry, they have you covered! AU MENU: charcuterie (small goods), fromages (cheeses), patisseries, crêpes and a lot more. Being French, wine and beers will be available for purchase onsite.
The organiser John Beach would love to see a display of French cars for the event. They had a fabulous lion-up last time. If you can show your car, please contact him direct on 0439 260 626.
They have a website and facebook page for the latest updates.
