hi guys im contemplating turning my former donor SI into a track car. series 2 mi16 head that i wanted to put on my GTI but it seem a factory 8v is rarer in aus. im hoping the SI block is the same as the GTI so the head will fit. its a 1.6 but if they followed Volkswagen the only difference is the head. after the head is on a set of webbers would be great. after that a 6 point roll cage with door/roof bars and extensions from front hoop to strut towers. im unsre about suspension though. im here to gain some track 205 knowlage. any and all advice is appreciated. cheers
