more 17's

how many 17 decouvrables are there in australia? given that by now we are facing the replacement of parts which are peculiar to 17's (they are never the generic parts) i would like to hear from anyone with a 17 to swap info and get some advice on those replacement parts

Do you have a decouvrable John?
If you do then that puts the number of decouvrables I know of up to 2.
The other one is actually an American spec Gordini Cabriolet, close enough.

I've heard of an orange 17TL in Perth, also I think someone in Qld imported a 17TS cabrio from the UK back in the late 80's. There was an ex Canada one in Melbourne too, but that suffered from terminal rustitis and is now awaiting a major rebuild.
