Hi to all
To program a car key of the new models a pin code is needed. This code is supplied with the car but as the car owner’s loss the key the loss the card with the code. I am a locksmith and it’s a problem to receive the code from the dealer. If somebody know how to find the pin code (can be that this is from the VIN) or car owners that have the code and the VIN I will appreciate it very much to receive it.

....ahh more information please.
What car, year model, make??
Is it a start key, or for the ECU????..-chris

ps- welcome to aussie frogs.

Chris, he is referring to a 306.

Check the Peugeot forum, his post has sparked a few replies there.

You will need the Security card that came with your car. From here the dealer can reprogram your ECU and a new Key.

Failing that you have to prove you own the car and Peugeot have to get the code from the factory, then reprogram it, etc.
