I think we can safely assume they're the seemingly highly valued "country kilometres".
It's a good distance on the odo, but in reality less than 17,000km pa.

I don't think it's close to a record. I have one here (not currently in service) with over 400,000 on it. There's a guy in the Activa Club (in France) who has done over 700,000.
I have a CT TURBO for sale;registered till June and only 338415;runs well.
