Well the 16V is all finito on the latest 'project/maintenance' job namely the starter motor as I wrote up in the problems and fixes forum.

Whilst it was down, gave it the old once over by replacing the seals etc on the injectors and servicing the coil, all the wiring that's usually a bugger to get at and generally went looking for potential problems.
Drives like a dream now, so might have to take it for a long hike in the next day or two.
They are a real pain in the buttocks with the ongoing problems that seem to endlessly turn small adjustments into major events, but at the end of the day, what a fabulous piece of machinery once you get things sorted; they really are a breed apart that seems to attract a breed apart as owners. :joker: :crazy: :rolleyes:
