how much are quad throttles for a 306?

well, how much are quad throttles for a 306 1.8 8v?
Oh, and does any1 know if this will be a good idea in combination with alot of turbo boost, or would it be better to make a custom intake manifold?
 
About $1200 plus inlet manifold. You'd only need one 48mm with a blower, maybe even just a 45mm.
 
Just so i don't have to start a new thread... How much would it be for quad throttles for the Mi16... Didn't Andreas have some on his??? So maybe this could be directed at him if know one else knows!!!

I have Quad 48mm throttle bodies from Injection Perfection on my Mi16.

I believe that Andreas and JR also have/had 48mm throttle-bodies on their Mi16 motors from EFI Hardware. Their website is here: <a href="http://www.speed-technology.com/efi_main_page.html" target="_blank">EFI Hardware</a>

As Peter says, you will also need a manifold, filters or trumpets/airbox etc etc. I have a 306 kit-car manifold on mine - not sure what the other guys are using but I'm sure they can point you in the right direction if you go down this track.

I bought the EFI Hardware quad 45mm throttle bodies. As Peter mentioned they are about $1200 including fuel rail, linkages etc. The only other cost is injectors, which can be a bit depending on how big and what type. For instance I've got Bosch Motorsport injectors that are good for about 400hp I believe.

Personally I wouldn't go to 48mm as they are too big for a street engine. For a big hp race engine they would be perfect but for approx 200hp 45mm would be best.

As for the manifold I got mine off PeterT who imported it from the UK. I'm not sure on who he got it from.

Cheers for the info guys... i'm just trying to get some ideas of what i could do... still got to get the damn car cry i want it now.... :p been talking to a mate, he's got some nice idea's, so once i get my arse into gear, get the car, and start the ball rolling i'll let you all know...
