Hill climb footage for Peugeot 205 tragics

I like the fact they kept and tuned the original engine. Not much fun with engine transplants (like a 700+ HP V8 in a Kadett). There's also a BMW 2002 that gets more than 300HP out of its engine floating about in those videos. Alan Moore might be interested in that.

Where do we buy the gear changing mechanism this thing has? Most technically advanced 205 I have seen. I reckon that 1.6 would give it a run for its money too.
 
I had a look but couldn't find any more engine detail other then the below photo
