highly tuned road usable 1647cc motor,
Fully floating pistons (gapless rings)
re-bushed rods with API bolts.
(custom pistons to fit 1647 liners)
polished crank, new bearings and all fully ballanced.
Fully worked cylinder head, double cut valves
and 42mm inlets. Flowed to 168cfm with inlet manifold attached.
12 Gordini spec cam + spare
Re-built 5 speed g/box with new syncro rings and other assorted bits and pieces + spare ratios (Gordini).
Uprated clutch and lightened fly wheel.
To many parts to list plus all reciepts
The stuff I have would be like striking a gold mine if you were into building (really fast!) 17s or 12s. With the right fuel system this engine could produce 150hp to 160hp (reliably)

Do you have any extractors designed to fit a Renault 12 1.4L? Also do you know of a Renault or other 5 speed gearbox that can be fitted to a 12 1.4L?

I think the 18 g/box fits the 12 as they look identical from underneath with a different body.

Should fit a Virage...anyone know for certain?
