Steph from idriveaclassic on youtube recently drove a Panhard Dyna.
In it she mentioned it was based on a prototype by Gregoire, which I didn't know.
I wondered if it was related to the Hartnett, did some googling and stumbled across this bit of interesting reading...

(the website is French but the text I have linked to is in English.)

i like it ,the windscreen and the inside of the front doors is reminiscent of my Renault 4cv ,there appears to be no boot lid ,access by the rear seat ,and a great right up too ,loved both ,kind of a refined version of a Citroen 2cv

There are a few cars of that sort, with Gregoire ancestry. Very clever things and no doubt too expensive to build. I have a friend whose first car was actually a Lloyd Hartnett. Find and read "Big wheels and Little wheels".
If you ever get the chance to ride in a post-war Panhard twin, grab it. They are quite remarkable and so competent.

It has the rare Ruby Scintex rear lamps too, like the ones on my 4CV and one or two others in Oz.

I've read "Big Wheels and Little Wheels." Ballarat library used to have a copy. (10+ years ago...) I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
