YES! - a garden shed which was my old spare parts bin.
Approx 2M square garden shed in fair condition, partly dismantled.
Why am I listing it in car parts section?
Well, you get it free to a good home - if you make me a reasonable offer on some Renault parts.
Clio, Laguna, R5, R12, R10, Alpine GTA, etc.
So stay tuned as I list what I have during our Melbourne lockdown.
Can't really do anything until we are unlocked..
 
Not interested in the shed Steve, but awaiting what will be an interesting parts listing.

Ditto, albeit it's 1.7m x 1.7m, located in a Sydney LGA of concern so I can't even go to the hardware store, mostly Datsun P510 remnants, and two orphaned R5 wheels.

Ohh to have mere 800 sq metres, I have only little over half of that and three sheds, uhmm cupboards, but need, er want a huge 10 sq metre one fitted somewhere. I have good non dobbing type neighbours so council permit should not be an issue ;), but seriously, I can put a 10 sq m shed with out permit, so... we will see. Would be enough for wood lathe and a basic wood shop and I could move one of the cars back in the garage.

yep, no permit, but don't ask 'em how many you're allowed to have, or, how far from "whatever" it has to be.... :)
Modern garden sheds are much improved over the oldies, 7' at the edges now and 8' in the middle.

Classic. It only becomes an issue if you ask or you upset one of the dobber types. My neighbours seem to prefer adult conversations which is great.

My uncle, who lives overseas, but the councils seem much the same, built a nice summer place by a lake. His plans were refused as there were too many square metres. He had the new plans approved and gave the first set to the builder. No one came out with a tape measure and that was 8 years ago. Passage of time legitimises lot of stuff.

Lindsay Fox proved that many years ago when he had several trees
removed from his beachfront holiday house to enhance the view.
Copped a $500 fine. Wow! That'll teach im???
