FIA have e-mailed a press release on their investigation of the 2019 Ferrari engine. There were suspicions and runours about the Ferrari engine legality last year, mainly because of a sudden increase in performance. FIA sent the e-mail late on Friday after testing so that no on was available to answer questions and no details have been provided of the investigation. I don't think this one will be buried that easily.

Ah good ol' sport :p

Is there any clearance that Ferrari will even make the Aus GP?

They'll be there, but whether they are on the pace or one second off the pace is the question. Ferrari have been about 1 second off pace in the pre-season practice, so it remains to be seen if they have been sandbagging or they are really in trouble.
