Monaco GP has been cancelled and wont be run this year. Monaco officials have indicated that changing the race to another date this year is not possible.

The first three races of this year have been cancelled/postponed. The earliest the season will start at this stage is June. They will try to reschedule the calendar to run the races later in the year.

I think lot will depend on how things develop, or not.

Canadian GP on 14 June is currently the likely start date for the current season. Hard to make any hard and fast predictions because no one knows how this thing is going to work itself out, time will tell....

Futher cancellations, start is bot expected before July at present

Chase and F1/Liberty are doing this PR to try and keep their shares afloat, as they are at waterline at present.

Those in the real know say that they may get 5 European races from Sept, with closed doors.

Don't believe F1 site as it follows what Chase says.

II'd be interested to see how they can make closed door races work.

The circuit owner/promoter will lose out on the tickets sales, why would they agree to running an event at a loss (or greater loss than normal :D), unless the F1 sweetens the deal with the circuits. What happens to the fees the circuit owners/promoters pay for the privilege of running the race at their circuit?
