Help .How do I remove exhaust manifold.Have undone it But cant get it out what have I got to remove, Does it come out underneath the car or up over the cam covers.

If it's the same as a BX16V which I'm pretty sure it is, I'd suggest using a chain on an engine lifting hoist, undo the 5 nuts on the top mount and swing the engine slightly forward & lift it a couple of inches, after carefully protecting the radiator of course.
Might sound a bit radical & drastic, but you'll find it'll halve the time of the overall job.
Oh, and incidentally, it drops down & comes out from underneath.
