DS 23 PALLAS

I own a DS 23 Pallas. To my knowledge, it is the only DS in Venezuela. Therefore parts are hard to find here. Since I need to rebuild my engine and Renault is very common here, I am wondering if some engine internal parts might be compatible with those from Renault. For instance, could I used, Renault camshafts, pistons, liners, rings etc.

Everything inside the DS engine is much bigger than in any Renault 4 cylinder engine. I would be surprised if anything was compatible between them.
