CX: leakage from oil filler cap?

Hello!

Well, in my search for the oil leak in my CX22TRS, I have found that the oil filler cap seems to be one source of oil (don't know yet if the only one )

I wonder if it is usual to have leaks from it and, if so, which is the best solution (replacement with same model, a new rubber gasket, using another kind of cap, ...)

Jose,

It wasn't unusual for the series one CX to weep from around that and a simple cure was to cut a couple of washers out of paper/cardboard gasket material just to tighten the fit up.
If it's really piddling out, you must have some blow back in the engine and that could be a whole new ball game however. :nownow:
