Hi all!
Citroen C2 VTS (manual, not the sensodrive) in lovely metallic blue, 267K km or thereabouts. I'm the second owner; the original owner kept a full service history and since I bought it in 2018 I have serviced it myself.
The body and paint are in particularly good order given its age and km, barring a small dent on the roof where a light cover fell off in my carport and landed on it. Headlights have usual hazing.
Mechanically it is also in pretty good order, clutch was replaced around the 200K km mark, brakes won't need replacing for some time, strut tower bearings were replaced in the last 30K km, tyres are you beaut Sailun Atrezzos (surprisingly good in the dry and wet, bit noisy though) and have heaps of tread left. Electrically everything still works and the aircon still blows sort of cool air.
What's bad about it? Check engine light is on, OBD reader says o2 sensor and engine still runs fine; windscreen is the original and will need replacing and probably worst of all, ABS/ESP fault light is on. Could be a simple fix or not, and finally, the battery gave up the ghost just recently due to (I imagine) being started and stopped sporadically and not given a decent run.
Vic rego will run out early July, no RWC.
I'm looking for whatever I can get as this car is too good to send to a wrecker, but I'll start with a price of $2000 ONO.
Photos to come.
