BSI ECU Code Retrieval and Programming using a T300 ?

I have installed a new ECU and now need to get it talking to the BSI as via Diagbox it is showing ECU Locked which is fair enough.

a) I cannot see that Diagbox allows me to retrieve the Code or Reset / Install the code. Is that correct ?

b) Looking around I came across this device, T300 as per the link below. Is this what I would need to sync the ECU to the BSI "codes" ?

Or any other recommendations please ?

By the way it is a T7 308 Petrol Auto 2010

Suggest you clone the original ECU even though damaged/faulty onto the new ECU or see if it can be restored to virgin.

Under Diagbox repair/replacement section.
New / ECU...it's been a while but there's an option to set PIN. Use original key code PIN.
