Boot Locked

The boot on 407 is locked, the remote and button are not working. I have tried locking by remote unlocking with the middle switch on the remote but no luck. Can any one tell me how to unlock the boot???

Climb in from the back seat. The latch has a slot for a small screwdriver to provide an emergency release. Top left of photo.

Now inspect the wires at the boot flex they are very common to break

Or should I say you’ve pressed the 0 in the badge?

And when you get it open don't forget to attach a piece of string to the release before you close it.

No good. The lock is electric, enclosed in a case.

When it's open, check the wires, as dmccurtayne has said.

Well that worked, climbed into the boot stuck the small screw driver into the left side round hole and push it in, it worked the boot popped open.

There's got to be some place a string can be attached.

It's a bit like a CD drawer. There's a little hole; push in the tool and it mechanically unlocks. If nobody tells you you'll scratch your head for hours.
