Black nylon threaded spool 307cc 2005 auto 2.0 l petrol

The rear passenger side window hear the wire slipping window in operatable, motor is still working the wire was like fishing line tangled up destroyed does anyone think the thread of the spool is ok or needs replacement? Pic below, Does anyone know where or how can get a new or second hand one, ant advice appreciated am in SA Thz Robert
