Australian 16v205 register

Hey Pat,

Yeah I have a wideband which goes to my ECU as well as a gauge on my dash. Strangely the readings vary a little between what the gauge and ECU show despite being from the same sensor, only 0.5 or so but can make a difference. The gauge reads richer. I think I'll trust the ECU though.

I'll look into those injectors - what sort of duty cycle do you see with yours at full power?
 
I can't remember exactly, I have a log file somewhere but it was below or at the recommended threshold of 85%. Google 'injector size calculator' or search the gtidrivers forum - lots of good info there. I think PeterT has some info on his site too.

I would not be worried about .5 here or there with an NA engine - timing is where power gains and losses are made. Another good resource is the haltech website - lots of good tuning and how to vids there.

Hi Guys,

Im Jason the owner of this S1 405 Mi16 that was mentioned on page 5. Just to let you know it is up and running and has been for a couple of years now. Its great even though its only done 600 odd kays. Been busy with business commitments. Car has just got race seats, steering wheel and harnesses in the last couple of weeks and just sorting half cage. Yes the suspension was in mockup stage when photo was taken. Will fill in spec sheet and share photos soon.

yes, that's true... I had a chat to Ben about the car outside Sydney uni about 12 months ago. he'd just had it serviced. seemed very happy with it.
