GRAB THIS ORIGINAL 1951 4CV and come and enjoy the French Car Day in October.
Health issues prevent Greg taking it further, but here is list of work completed; The engine has been overhauled with a new water pump, fuel pump, head gasket and the carby has been fully refurbished. A new exhaust has also been fitted. The radiator has been re-cored and is fitted with new hoses. The brakes have been overhauled at Vic Brake Co Steering, including drums machined, new shoes, original wheel cylinders re-sleeved and the master cylinder refurbished. A new steering flector and rack gaiters have been fitted as well as all suspension bushes replaced. The windscreen rubbers, both front and rear have been replaced as well as new wiper blades. The upholstery and door cards have been renewed and new rubber floor mats fitted. There are new rear tail lights and the body corrosion has been treated. There is some touch up paint, but generally the original patina is present. This vehicle was last registered in 1987. The rego sticker and the rear number plate is still affixed.
