Aircon Peugeot 308

My son has a 2015 P308. The aircon is not cold anymore. I have some vague recollection that this is a known 308 problem from some forum or another but not sure of the exact issue. Or should I just start by taking it to an aircon specialist to check for leaks / regas ?

Is the problem only on one side of the car? That is to rule out flap and flap motor trouble.

Late Peugeots don’t have flap problems anymore but T9 308s have a weak condenser just like the T7s I start looking there. It’s also 1234 gas
