Adjustment tips for 203 sunroof

The sunroof has an adjustable wedge on either side at the rear . What are the factory or skilled users tips on how to adjust them ? Only accessible when head lining removed or dropped down in that area.
 
Have managed to get a better fit with a shim under wedge on one side.
Another issue , does anyone have a pattern for the headlining in a sunroof 203 ?
 
it is pretty straight forward with only the bows behind the sunroof
