Found this on the abc classic site:

Cassell’s Dictionary of Slang by Jonathan Green is a massive tome (of some 1,300 pages) and is probably the most thorough record of modern slang in English lexicography.

Thought you'd like that last word after Tuesday night's chat.

Check out word of the day listing - especially today's word CRIB <a href="http://www.abc.net.au/classic/breakfast/" target="_blank">ABC Breakfast</a>

:D approve

Craig,
I love that site, it's going in my bookmarks wink

Amazing how there is relevance in todays word 'Crib' apart from it's 20 odd other meanings

CRIB ‘a basket-like contrivance for catching salmon’

James would no doubt relate to that.

For those of you who haven't a clue whats going on here, ya should have been part of the mIRC chat the other night :p  :p

Thanks Craig

Cheers
Chris
