306gti - Help to identify this part please

Hi everyone I need your help. I've got a '98 306gti that I use for khanacross, and I'm upgrading the underbody protection. I want to put a bash bar on the bottom front side of the radiator and there are these metal pipes running just where I want to place it, (under the radiator fans). I've searched through haynes and google trying to find out what they are but can't find it.

I've attached a pic of the pipes.

That's your power steering fluid cooling pipe.
