I do quite a few repairs for other people I thought I might write this up as it may help you out if you have the same issue. The 306 HDI gutless no power struggle to get up to 100kph. I put PP2000 on it and the scan had no faults. I started with the easy stuff replacing the fuel filter, cleaned the MAF with the proper MAF cleaner spray, checked the air filter, sniffed the fuel for petrol and it made no difference. I dropped the exhaust thinking it might be blocked and took it for a drive still no good.
I put the live data on PP2000 and checked everything all the fuel pressure and injector corrections looked to find, the MAF flow seem a bit off it would only get up to a maximum of 600.
I had a spare MAF and I replaced it and that was it, all fixed, the live data on the MAF now went up to over 1100 and all the power was restored, I just had to put the exhaust back on and job done.
A bit strange it had no faults in the scan, the owner was very happy. :-0
