I don't know what people like that guy dream, but what I see is a poor car with a long history of neglect (and holes in the roof).
Kinda like mine when I bought it.
But I do like these really optimistic people who say that it doesn't need much work and/or money to get back on the road. I would hazard a guess none of them ever tried to put a car like that on the road.
