G'day pugs,

I'm planning to flush out my 207cc ep6 non-turbo version's coolant system, gonna let all the old fluid out.

And I don't think i'm gonna buy the oem peugeot fluid, it's way too expensive.
gonna buy the coolant at autobarn/sca/repco.
So do you guys have any coolant suggestions? such as nulon/penrite?
don't wanna end up with blown headgasket :p

also, do u guys have any tips for the flushing coolant? Thanks :)

Peugeot coolant is not to expensive but each to their own the lower radiator hose can be a shit I would arm yourself with a hose clamp because they do snap there is a bleed cap on the top heater hose and on the thermostat housing depending on what coolant temp sensor you have a flush with water wouldn’t go astray also when you have bled the system you need to start the car up and free rev over 2800 rpm for 45 seconds to open the controlled thermostat and turn the water pump depending on what years you car is.
Before you do anything make sure the water pump and outlet housing isn’t weeping

Nulon One coolant check their website. Easy to purchase at any auto store and also have 1 litre top up bottles. Still not cheap but accessible everywhere.

Always use penrite blue coolant - the premix, at 50%, is quite satisfactory. But before that, use penrite's radiator flush to make sure all the old coolant is gone.

Peugeot coolant is 35 bucks a 5l I’ve used it forever and never had a problem .

For the nulon one coolant, it says it's 100% concentrated coolant. so i need to mix it with 50/50 water right? should i buy the premix instead of mixing by myself?

gonna quote peugeot dealers with 6L since 207 need 5.7 liters coolant.
i was thinking about buying at autoshop because all the peugeot dealers are pretty far away for me.
