206 parking lights

I have a Peugeot 206 gti 180. When the parking lights are switched on, the right front and rear come on immediately, while the left come on between three and five seconds later. Has anybody had a similar experience and how is it fixed? Is it an earth problem or is it normal for 206s?

Sounds like a connection problem of some sort. Has someone swapped for LED globes.

No, just normal globes and I haven't changed them since I had the car ( quite a few years now). I will check all the connections tomorrow but I thought I would check here in case it's a common issue. I haven't heard of it before.
