Guys,
A few questions on 205 Aircon.....Is the under dash heater box different on the Aircon models? I realise it must have a drain foe the water, but is the fan located in it rather than in the passenger footwell? And where does the PAS pump go on and Aircon model.

And where does the PAS pump go on and Aircon model.

PAS pump goes underneath the alternator and above the aircon compressor on the auxillery drive belt. Unlike the PAS pump and alternator, which share a belt, the aircon compressor runs off a dedicated belt.

Cheers for the welcome lads As for the ECU, I'm using standard at the moment, but will be installing an Emerald M3D which is one of the reasonable priced 3D mapped ECU available here in the UK. About 600 UK Pounds.
I'll be using it with the following:.............
crank angle sensor
Throttle pot
MAP Sensor
Air Temp Sensor
Coolant Temp Sensor
Lamda Probe
Coil pack
