203 wiring update

Just a few photos of the wiring for ye olde 203. Didn't have original rear lights so got some replica Model A Ford Stop lights (Advanced sorry Purists). Also, aftermarket rear blinkers. Originally used for cafe racer motorcycles.

I wanted to use the original SEV Headlights so used original backing plate for holding front light bulbs but modified to hold modern bulbs. l Knew it would be a pain sourcing original 3 pin heavy duty lights. One less thing.

Front bumper was re-chromed. Cost an arm and leg, so temporarily chrome vinyl wrapped rear bumper.

She now has a pulse!

Might be the angle or something but the bumper looks a long way out from the mudguard on the passenger end, and are the headlamp bowls and trims upside down? the hole for adjustment and tab should be at the bottom ... other-wise doing great, sorry, wish i had half your luck getting so far before the current - surmountable - setback.

Thanks mate!

Would be, probably caught on something while driving and bent it out of shape. Guessing when my Dad drove it 40 years ago. Trims are upside down but bowls are correct.

'the current - surmountable - setback' - whats the issue here?
 
the crank/bearings.
the local content bumper bars were great at snagging things ...
