yes apparently no need to change cam belt etc

Fast enough and nippy enough to destroy her licence, if she is that way inclined.
Change the spark plugs when you get it (easy job with suitable tool), and use low ash oil. At that distance travelled inquire if the high pressure fuel injection pump has ever been replaced. Earlier ones often failed too soon.
Routine service is pretty simple. You might even convince her to DIY for a large saving.
