2010 308 Remote key coding

Have successfully had a 'after market' remote key cut and coded to start car - but alas unable to get it to code so the remote door locking etc., works. Any ideas on sequence/process to use?

Depending on the “output” of the chip you may need to change the remote supplier in the bsi configuration even the new genuine ones are not compatible with some cars.
To sync the remote you just turn reds on and hold lock for 5 seconds within 10 that’s it then turn ignition off.

DMC thanks will give it a go and advise. Can't get to do 'bsi' config change for a little while though.

No joy with with reset. Will do 'bsi' check when I can get to my Mechanics.
